If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right. Below is exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Orbleam.

Return window

30 days from delivery.

Condition

New or like-new with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

Who pays shipping?

We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refund speed

Issued 3–5 business days after inspection; bank processing may take 3–10 business days.

How to start a return or exchange

Use the chat bubble (bottom-right) or email support@orbleam.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with simple next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid label for defective items.

  1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description.
  2. For defective or damaged items, include photos or a short video.
  3. We’ll send instructions and an RMA (and a label if we’re covering shipping).
  4. Pack items securely; include all parts and the original packaging.
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship the exchange.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping for verified defects or carrier damage.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Consumables or software/services once delivered (e.g., Concierge Conversion work already performed).
  • Items with excessive wear, missing parts, or damage not due to transit or a manufacturing fault.

Refund details

  • Refunds go back to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International duties/taxes are set by your local authority and aren’t refundable by Orbleam.
If a refund seems late, first check with your bank or card issuer. It can take a few business days to post after we’ve processed it.

Exchanges

Need a different unit? We’re happy to help within 30 days. We’ll ship the replacement once your original is received and inspected.

After 30 days

If you experience an issue beyond 30 days, reach out. We’ll do our best to troubleshoot and support you.

Local regulations

This policy applies in addition to any rights you have under local consumer laws, which will always take precedence where applicable.
