How do I load my video so it looks perfect?
Export your clip as MP4 (H.264) in a square frame, then copy it to a folder named VIDEO via USB/SD. It plays on loop.
Can I add more than one clip?
Yes—there’s local storage for multiple short clips. For the cleanest look, most customers use one polished loop.
Does it have sound? Can I mute it?
Yes, gentle 360° audio with volume control. Prefer silent? Just lower the volume or mute.
How long does the battery last? Can I use it while charging?
Enjoy hours of playback per charge, and yes—you can use it while plugged in via USB-C for continuous use.
When will my order arrive?
Processing 24–48h. U.S.: 7–12 business days (tracked). Most destinations: 7–15 business days. Tracking is emailed once dispatched. Some regions may collect duties/VAT on delivery.

Windows says “Memory Card Damaged.” What should I do?
Format as FAT32 → create a folder named VIDEO in the root → export your clip as MP4 (H.264) in a square frame → copy it inside /VIDEO/ and try again.
My video won’t play or has no sound—what should I check?
Confirm the file is MP4 (H.264) in a square frame, placed inside /VIDEO/. Check volume isn’t muted and the clip contains an audio track if you want sound.
